ANJ Trading provides global sourcing and distribution services, including but not limited to:

• Product sourcing from verified suppliers worldwide
• Quality assurance and factory audits
• Logistics coordination and freight management
• Customs clearance and compliance support
• Warehousing and distribution services

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by ANJ Trading are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, supplier pricing changes, or variations in shipping costs. Final pricing will be confirmed before order placement.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written acceptance. Payment terms will be specified in the quotation and may include:

• Deposit payments (typically 30-50% of order value)
• Balance payment upon shipment or delivery
• Credit terms for established customers (subject to approval)

Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month.

5. Lead Times and Delivery

Lead times are estimates based on supplier and logistics information available at the time of quotation. While we strive to meet all delivery schedules, ANJ Trading cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

• Supplier production delays
• Customs clearance issues
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.)
• Shipping carrier delays

6. Quality Assurance

ANJ Trading conducts reasonable quality inspections and factory audits where requested. However, we do not guarantee the quality of products beyond the specifications agreed with suppliers. Claims for defective products must be made within 14 days of delivery.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Custom orders and sourced products are generally non-refundable once production has commenced. Cancellation fees may apply based on the stage of fulfillment:

• Before production: 10% cancellation fee
• During production: 50% cancellation fee
• After shipment: 100% of order value (no refund)

8. Limitation of Liability

ANJ Trading's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays beyond our reasonable control
• Product defects discovered after 14 days of delivery

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, specifications, and confidential information shared with ANJ Trading remain your property. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required to fulfill orders.

10. Compliance and Export Controls

You are responsible for ensuring that all products comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. ANJ Trading will assist with documentation but cannot guarantee regulatory approval.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

ANJ Trading reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
